Rocky's Plaice Holiday Club
Monday 26th to Friday 30th July 2010 at Whitehills Primary School, Acre Lane, Northampton.
We’ve had a great time so far and have really enjoyed helping the children to understand God’s love and what it means when we talk about the Holy Spirit.
Sophie’s Game is back (if you’re not sure what Sophie’s Game is ask your children) and there’s also a daily challenge plus fun and games, crafts, songs and other activities.
The challenges have varied and there’s a special one planned for Friday (but I can’t say any more until then).
On Monday we heard how Jesus returned to Heaven, but promised to be us until the end of time.
On Tuesday we heard the account of God touching the lives of Jesus’ disciples by the Holy Spirit.
On Wednesday we heard about the healing of a man who couldn’t walk – healed by God but through the actions of a man who believed.
Thursday’s outside games session will be the wet one with water pistols etc in use - only for those who remember to bring a complete change of clothes.

NRG Youth Group
NRG is the name of our youth group, they meet on a Sunday evening and are very involved with youth groups from other churches in the town.
